- When will you send my order?
Millions Of Shades will pack your order within 1-5 working days. Millions Of Shades will send out advisories for delays due to declared holidays or emergency.

- QR Payment : Days to Ship = 1 – 2 Days
- Grabpay : Days to Ship = 3 – 5 Days

- How long will it take for me to receive my pre-order?
You may expect to receive your overseas order within {9 to 14 days}. The calculation excludes public holidays and the logistics partner’s non-working days.
Do note that delivery of overseas orders may take longer due to adverse weather conditions, customs clearance processes, or holidays.
Can I request for the courier that I want?
Yes, we, Millions Of Shades involve 5 couriers to manage the delivery. Delivery Lead time is 1-3 working days, depending on where the parcel is being shipped to. If you have a courier option, please specify in the order note on the checkout page.
